The conference is organised at the Institut Pasteur, located in the very heart of Paris.

The main meeting (October 24-25) takes place in the historic lecture theatre of the Emile Duclaux building, and the plenary sessions of the workshop (October 26) in the auditorium of the François Jacob building. The buildings are next to each other, they can be accessed from the entrance of Institut Pasteur at 28 rue du Dr. Roux (see map here).

Note that the Institut Pasteur has the status of a biomedical research centre, specific security regulations apply. We therefore recommend to arrive at least 30' in advance of the conference start.

Visit of NeuroSpin

All conference participants are invited to join the visit of NeuroSpin facility at the end of the second day (October 25). A cocktail dinner will follow the visit. NeuroSpin is located 25 km far from Paris. Bus transfers are planned departing from the Institut Pasteur at 17:00 on October 25. Transfer back to Paris is planned at 20:30.

Hotel recommendations

Many hotels are within an easy walking distance of the conference venue. The rates vary over time and we recommend making a reservation as early as possible.

The hotels listed in the table below propose a guaranteed rate fro the conference attendees. They are in the neighbourhood of the conference venue (Institut Pasteur - IP). To make a reservation contact the hotel (E-mail or telephone) and mention 'Institut Pasteur - CRCNS Conference 2016'. The announced rate is for a standard single room, it includes breakfast and the taxes but the tourist tax which varies from 1 € to 3 € per person and per night.
